Stephanie & I used to work together at a family fun center in Cullman. Oh what fun times we had! I seriously miss that place. If I’m not mistaken, that is there where she met her soon-to-be husband, Zach. They are Uh-dor-able (please excuse the corny spelling)!
It’s a funny story of how she found us and booked us as her photographers. When I received her email, I assumed she had seen my work on my Facebook page (because we are, after all, Facebook friends), but instead she found us through a friend of a friend, liked our work, and when she clicked on the “About” section she found out it was me! Small world! I was flattered! I cannot begin to explain how excited I am to see these two marry in October, and to be a part of their special day!
I couldn’t have been more excited when Stephanie told me that she wanted her engagement photos taken in Auburn (our alma mater). Jordan and I had a field day dining at not one, but TWO of our favorite Auburn restaurants! We went to Chewacla State Park (where Zach proposed) and to the Forest Ecology Preserve. Both were great locations for engagement photos!
We went to the exact location of the proposal. Their adorable lab (forgive me, but I forgot his name) was present on the actual day, so it was imperative to bring him along for a few photos. He was hilarious and adorable and, of course, I wan’t to bring him home! He made for some interesting photos…
Stephanie is going to be one gorgeous bride. Zach, you better lock her up until October.
Stephanie is such a creative decorator! I just love the vintage look! I wish I could take credit for it!
See you two love birds in October!
